Goodbye lazada. After four 4 years

Me too here. Face 2 statment overcharge the shipping fee, last time customer service told me will be process within 2-3 weeks, but now already more than 5 weeks, found CS many times hope can resolve this but keep delay, everytime just asked me wait again and again, told me will highlight my case and follow up with the internal team but feel like do nothing one. Until yesterday I was very serious and asked them when can be resolved? They answered me have to wait more 3 weeks......LOL
