Lazada Malaysia Seller Issue #350

Pixie cigar, we are a furniture seller. Recently we have 2 cases of sofa sets delivered with damages by Skynet. Now, it appears like instead of interrogating the source of the problems (the courier) we, the seller is being asked to proof our packaging and keep on emailing us to give evidence to proof our packaging. Despite submitting proof of packaging prior to delivery, we keep getting repeated emails telling us we gave insufficient evidence. It appears like we are liable to refund to customers for the damaged items. Is it right to make seller guilty instead of making Skynet responsible for mishandling during the delivery process?
